Shipping

We ship most orders within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground from our facility in Costa Mesa, California. Expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Standard shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination. For volume orders or freight shipments, we will provide a custom shipping quote before processing your order.

International shipping: We primarily serve customers within the United States. For international orders, use our contact form with your shipping address and we will provide a freight quote based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

Non-returnable items: Custom-configured sensors, cut-to-length cable assemblies, and items marked as special order are non-returnable unless defective.

Warranty Replacements

Defective products covered under warranty will be replaced at no charge. Contact us with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue. We may request the defective item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.

Return Process

  1. Contact us through our contact form to initiate a return authorization.
  2. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note the damage with the carrier before accepting delivery if possible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will file a claim and arrange a replacement.
